What Causes Body Aches,cough And Throat Irritation?

I am a 39 yr female that has always been healthy. I haven't felt good for about 2 months and I went to the doctor Thursday. My symptoms are body aches, tight chest, cough, tingling in the throat and chest, tired. He did a chest x-ray and said everything looked fine and sounded fine. He took 3 vials of blood and I am waiting for the results but definately unnerved about everything. Any suggestions?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain body aches, tight chest, cough, tingling in throat and chest can be due to a number of causes like chronic viral infection/upper respiratory tract infection, bronchitis, lung infection, acid reflux etc..
I would suggest you to wait for the blood reports as it can help in further diagnosis..
You can also go for repetition of chest x ray and also get an upper G.I endoscopy done..
You can also get evaluated for cardiac issues and get investigations done like ECG, TMT etc..
Treatment will be planned once the diagnosis is confirmed..
In case of infections antibiotics will help..
Acid reflux will be treated with proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole, omeprazole and antacids..
