What Causes Breathlessness, Anemia And Chronic Fatigue?

I HAVE BEEN TO 2 LOCAL GP S THEY SAY THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME AND I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR 5 YEARS NOW BUT IT IS NOW GETTING WORSE, CAN YOU PLEASE HELP I HAVE DONE BLOOD TEST AND HAVE THE RESULTS WITH ME MUST I SEND YOU THE RESULTS? MY SYMPTOMS ARE TERRIBLE FATIGUE, BREATHLESSNESS, ANEMIA, CONSTANT INFECTIONS, TERRIBLE BONE PAIN, NAUSEA, UPPER LEFT ABDOMINAL PAIN, MIGRAINE ATTACKS, CONSTANT HEADACHES, LOSS OF APPETITE, BLOOD TESTS MUST BE DONE BY BUTTERFLY METHOD/STICKY BLOOD, YELLOW PATCHES IN WHITES OF EYES, BRUISE EASILY, TIREDNESS, DIZZINESS?

Hello, Welcome to HCM.
You have not given your blood test results, then it would have been easier to advice.
Any way, if liver function and blood sugar test are done post the reports, with all other reports.
If not, get your liver function, and blood sugar test done.
Mean while start following medications,
1.tablet pantoprazole empty stomach with domperidone.
2.Iron supplements.
3. Follow Healthy diet pattern, like lot of protein, carbohydrate ,if not diabetic.
Lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.Small frequent diet.
4.Plenty of oral fluids.
5.Multivitamin supplements.
Avoid using fast food aerated drink and alcohol.
Please post the reports as soon as possible to get a concrete advice.
