This is Dr. Sridhar and I shall be answering your question.
From the symptoms that you have described, it appears to me that you might having HYPOTHYROIDISM. It is a condition in which the levels of thyroid hormone are less in your body. It leads to symptoms such as cold temperature, excessive sleep, tiredness etc.
If I were your treating doctor, I'd get your thyroid hormone levels investigated. If found to be low, you will have to take thyroxine tablets to increase the levels in your body.
Hope this information helps. Feel free to ask if you have any doubt.
Wish you good health. With regards, Dr. Sridhar
