Hello I have chronic vertigo for the past year my neck is in a lot of pain and it s very tense.I was diagnosed with migraines but recently went to a chiropractor. He said my neck is Becoming straight, and my axis is out of line.could this be the cause of my daily vertigo?I gets worse upon movement for a long period of time I also get confusion visual changes and usually don t have actual pain with a migraine its just dizziness and vertigo constantly that gets worse. They have ruled out everything else and no migraine medicine helps.
