What Causes Continuous Back Pain, Dizziness, Spotting After Taking Oral Contraceptive Pill?
hi... im on the OCP and i missed the first day after the 7 day break. I took the missed pill the day after when i remembered as well as the pill for that day. Since then (6days ago) ive been getting continuous backpain and dizziness. in addition there was spotting this morning....i would like to know if the spotting is due to the pill or the liklihood that im pregnant.
You got spotting only few days after your periods. This reduces the chance of pregnancy. Usually, if you forget to take the pill try to take within that day. If not take the next day. If you forget more than 2 days then you need to start like a fresh cycle. Spotting will usually stop. If you continue to have spotting or of you start to bleed then consult your gynecologist for further assistance.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
