My cycle runs every 28 days so i should of started on monday 30th june. In the last 2 weeks i have only had sex twice. Im having a few cramps and feel as though im gona start my period any minute but then nothing. One thing i have noticed is that i suffer from constipation but for a few days now every morning i have bowel movements, could thatbe something to do with it? I have no idea. I m not sure weather i should do a test yet or not? Please help first time in this situation so would be first child! Thanks

Hello. Thank you for your question.
In my opinion you should get your urine pregnancy test done.
If negative than wait for 5 more days if still no periods than consult doctor as you may require some evaluation and treatment to get periods.
