General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
All these symptoms are suggestive of a problem like Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
If not already investigated I would suggest you to undergo tests of blood, stool, urine, thyroid, kidney and liver function tests. There may be a possibility of a general disease causing such symptoms.
It would be wise to visit a Doctor , Gastroenterologist preferably to have a clinical examination , request forms for investigations and appropriate treatment.
