What Causes Discomfort/pain In Stomach When Having 124/69 BP?

I'm female, 72 years, Height 5.1, Weight 87k, BP 124/69 Have gained weight over the last 6 weeks, My reason for the query is that I've developed discomfort/ pain in the stomach, I have been changing my diet but up until now I still have the discomfort!!!

Thanks for your query.

Unexplained weight increase at your age, point towards either, an under-active thyroid or, a daily calorie intake more than that is being burnt (due to lack of physical exercise or sedentary lifestyle).

Get your Thyroid Profile done. If Thyroid hormone deficiency is confirmed, Hormone replacement therapy will restore your health to normal.

Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and will prescribe the advised drugs in appropriate doses.
