What Causes Dizziness And Sweating In A Diabetic With Normal BP?

I felt weird took my BP and it at 116/76 and my pulse is 106. My pulse normally is in the 70 s or highest in the 80 s. I m also diabetic. I get this feeling every once in a long time. It s like a dizzy feeling and I also sweat. What could be wrong with me? Please help!

This condition might be Hypoglycemia which is a common problem in diabetes for people who are in very strict control of diabetes.
The symptoms are excessive sweating,palpitations and dizziness.
the main cause of this problem is due to skipping or delaying of meals.
Its always advisable to carry a small toffy or biscuit,which will help you in this kind of conditions.
There is nothing to worry about this issue
