What Causes Dizziness ,fullness Of Ear And Movement Inside The Head?

i was deliver last 2009 via ceasarian delivery, after one week of delivery, i have all this syptoms of severe dizziness, i went to nuerologist, ent, gp, ortho, and for internal medicines doctors, i had all the test but the MRI only is not yet done. i have the feeling of fullness of ear and something moving inside my head and terribel sometimes i forget something what have done in 1 minutes. this feeling of dizziness is about three years now.. i am so worried i have taken all the medicines like serc. please help me. thank you

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the dizziness could be due to the lack of blood circulation in the tympanic region and this could cause the labyrinthitis in my opinion this condition need to be confirmed and for this better to see the ENT surgeon, take care and have a nice day.
