What Causes Dizziness, headache And Neck Stiffness?

I was hit in the head several days ago and am starting to get a black eye. I'm experiencing slight dizziness off and on accompanied by my equilibrium being thrown off once in a while too. I'm very sleepy, have mild headaches off and on, stiffness in my neck muscles and occasional sinus pressure. Do I have a concussion?

Thanks for posting your query.
Concussion injury symptoms satrts within few hours to days and not delayed for several days unless there is delayed extradural or subdural hematoma developing inside the skull. In view of late apperance of symptoms and progressive nature ,you must undergo a NCCT Head to r/o intracranial bleed.
You should see a neurologist without dealy.
