Hi. Thanks for your query and an elucidate history. Black stool and vomit are a serious symptoms and indicate that you are bleeding inside the gastro-intestinal tract. You need to have the following urgently::: Get admitted, urgent upper GI Endoscopy to see if there is gastric or duodenal ulcer , antritis or so which is bleeding. You may need to be kept nil orally, Cold gastric lavage Intraveous PPI Intravenous fluids. Colonoscopy if required. Ultrasonography with color doppler examination of the abdomen to see for portal hypertension. Bleeding profile, blood group .... Once the diagnosis is made further treatment will be easy and may be curative.
