Hi Please could you help , i am 28 years old over weight but it seems to be getting worst from the time i am taking Qlaira and metaforman , my insulin is high thus Metaforman, i have 2 boys as well. i go to gym as well. i desperatley need to loose weight

Reduction of weight can be achieved by proper diet control and regular aerobic exercises only.If you are finding it difficult to do it by yourself,you can take the services of a dietician and a physical trainer.Also get tested for thyroid functions to rule out hypothyroidism.
