What Causes Fatigue, Muscle Tightness And Stomach Problem?

I ve been feeling fatigued for the past coupe of days...also muscle tightness in between my shoulder blades..mainly left.....more annoying than anything.....My doctor just started me on the beta blocker lopressor for heart palpitations which has worked a little, except now my stomach is bothering....this is all so crazy.....I just want to feel better!!!!.....oh and also some lightheadedness..........what do you think?

Well come to HCM
This could be due to muscular spasm and this can be best treated with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen twice in day, the symptoms may not be due to cardiac problem, hope this information helps.
