What Causes Fatigue , Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness?

Hi, For the past few weeks i have been very fatigue, shortness of breath, and for the past 3 days ive started having very severe dizzy spells to the point of almost passing out with everything real fuzzy. It happens the most when i make sudden movements or go from laying down to standing up or standing up to laying down. What could be wrong?

The symptoms of the query are quite broad and many conditions have the same set of symptoms.

I think it would be good to consider the possibility of anemia. The low hemoglobin will reduce the amount of oxygen in the circulation.

Possibility of heart disease is to be ruled out for the first time in the case.

The list of tests can extend to long list. It is better that you are benefitted by the opinion of a physician who can examine you.

Still, hemoglobin, echocardiography, chest X ra should be tested for sure.
