What Causes Frequent Urination, back Pains, movements In Stomach With Dizziness And Breast Pain?

Hi, I've been experiencing frequent urination, back pains, movement in my stomach, dizziness, shortness of breath while showering, and hot flashes, breast pains, and pains in my ribs and side but I've had an irregular period for the past 7 months, but I took a test a few months ago that was negative. I'm confused as to why I'm feeling shaky movements in my stomach. What's wrong with me?
