What Causes Green Stool, Stomach Cramps And Pressure In Lung Area?

IM A 34 YEAR OLD MALE. I HAVE BEEN HAVING GREENISH STOOL FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS AND HAVE BEEN FEELING ALITTLE LIGHT HEADED AND HAVE HAD STOMACH CRAMPS AND PRESSURE IN MY LUNG AREA. IT FEELS LIKE I HAVE GAS PRESSURE IN MY CHEST AREA. WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS? SHOULD I CONSULT MY DOCTOR?

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Certainly yes, you should consult a Doctor asap for proper clinical evaluation, tests of stool, urine and blood along with ultrasonography of abdomen for proper diagnosis and an appropriate management with antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics.
The green stool with bloating causing pressure on chest can usually be due to intestinal infection.
Also take curd, bananas, activated charcoal.
Take only boiled and cooled water; homemade foods.
