I have had shrinking of right breast for 1.5 years along with spontaneous bloody discharge in both breast for same amount of time. I had an US 10 months ago in which the US tech was concerned of a few hypoechoic heterogeneous nodules in right and left breast but due to being 26 the radiologist said it wasnt a possibility of cancer at my age and refused a biopsy. Ive not felt any distinct hard masses but it feels like my breast tissue itself has got hard. Like there are multiple hard rope shape areas. My doctor said she thinks its fibrocystic changes which are related to my period. I have had a total hysterectomy (but kept ovaries) due to cancer. I did not have any cysts on ultrasound and I do not have any changes to how my breast feel thruout the month I also have no pain that changes monthly. So I have no symptoms of fibrocystic breast. In my right side aside of shrinking it overall feels hard and rope like and my left side just feels hard all over at top and bottom has the hard rope like feelings. Last year I was neverable to find even one lymph node in either arm pit but now on right side I can feel a ccluster of small maybe .5cm hard round masses and on the left I feel 2 large lymph nodes well up into the armpit. My doc will not listen anymore since the radiologist said I was good. Do you think this is concerning or could fibrocystic changes explain this?
