Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and would like to reassure you that there is no need to worry about them, as they do not suggest any serious brain disease.

The swelling can occur as part of migraine, and the pain has got aggravated due to stress.

As of now, you can take analgesics such as naproxen or ibuprofen to reduce the pain and swelling.

If symptoms persist, please consult a neurologist.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
