What Causes Heavy Bleeding With Blood Clots During Period?

I have been on my period for 2 months, in the 2 months there was 4 days of spotting, and about 5 days of nothing. I went through breast surgery to remove mastitis, I was on antibiotics and pain pills for 2 1/2 weeks. I have very large blood clots. I am always cold and tired. I have to use super tampons and wear a pad as well. I have to change every 15 minutes or so and go through tampons like crazy. I have no dr. can t afford health insurance. Please help me figure out what to do. Thank you.
