What Causes Insomnia & Heart Palpitation?
Hi, my name is Austine, my wife has been having problem not sleeping at night and has been having palpitation of the heart for some months now , although she visited a number of medical doctors in Nigeria, given medication but is not working, so please what is your advice, thanks.

i think ur wife might be worried about something..
first thing she should keep her mind cool..
take her to some calm places..
join her in some yoga classes..
ask her to do meditation daily
drink milk and walk for about half an before sleep
ASK her to take anxit 0.5 mg 0-0-1 daily for around 30 days..bt drug is additional oly..first said things are essential..she will improve by doin such things
