What Causes Light-headed Feeling And Dizzy Spells?

I'm 37 and 63 kgs. 4 months ago I started training 4 - 5 times per week, and watching my calorie intake to try to get down to 58 kgs. Not an gram has budged and although I feel a little fitter, I'm now getting light-headed and now the dizzy spells are also accompanied by tingly hands. I also break out in sweats and have had quite puffy ankles recently too. My friends have suggested all sorts of answers ranging from thyroid to menopause to glandular fever !! Do you have a more educated answer ??

Dear , with your regular work outs for 4-5 months , you are feeling better & fitter , is an achievement , I suppose . This also helps you to boost your immunity and gives resistance from any health problems .
For your 'Light-headed feeling and dizzy spells ' may be due to reasons to be explored and removed : Lemon juice in a glass of water with a pinch of salt and black pepper will give you instant relief , is a great energiser too

Dehydration, low blood sugar levels, overexertion, and quite possibly, heat exhaustion .Sweating is normal while working out .

You must be careful to go slowly / gradualy increase your level of weight / fitness and reach your goals over a time .
Brisk walk and yoga - Suryanamaskar ,Bhujangasan ,Halasan , Dhanurasan , Kapalbhati , Vajjarasan Ushtrasan and meditation will help .

Proper diet control including all essential nutrients ,fiber ,veges ,fruit ,vitamins minerals antioxidants aloe vera , ginger ,amla Turmeric powder in milk , all can help swollen ankles also by inceased immunity .

By avoiding fried fast foods too much of sugar, tea, coffee ,alcohol , smoking ,stress ,constipation you can achieve your goal GRADUALY .

Swollen ankles can also indicate a potentially serious disorder, such as congestive heart , deep vein thrombosis, and liver problem . If your problems persist you should seek prompt medical care and talk with your medical professional about your symptoms.
