What Causes Low Grade Fever In An Infant?

My daughter (5 months) has had a low grade fever (99-101) for the past 5 days, with no additional symptoms (ie runny nose, odd urine, cough, ect). She went to her pediatrician yesterday and her ears, lungs and throat are clear. What else could it be and how many more days until I should recall her dr. or be worried?

HI having low grade fever less than 100 f in infants is normal if not associated with other symptoms. If it persists for more than a week, get a urine test done to look for a urinary infection
