What Causes Lower Back Pain, Cold And Gurgling Sound From Intestine?

Hello --having symptoms that I think are a virus. I am a Caucasian Male, 44, 6'3", 225 pounds. Got up Friday morning with a nasty lower back ache that came on quickly, pain referred around to my lower abdomen, intestines "gurgling". Yesterday evening, started getting cold. Night sweats last night. Now I am up with sweats coming and going.

Tab. M.forte twice a day.
