i have sharp pains in my left breast every now and it lasts for some seconds and comes again and then and i feel a lump in my left breast.what is it?i am 24 yrs old and i have been having this pain for as long as i can remember.

you need to be clinically examined, whether the pain comes from lump or not related to it.. If necessary ECG is needed to rule out heart disease.. the biopsy of lump, gives the diagnosis..treatment is surgical excision...
