What Causes Nasal Congestion With Dizziness And Nausea?

Hello there, I am currently experience the following symptoms: dizziness and nausea when close my eyes, nasal congestion, no headache, no ear ringing or buzzing, no fever. I've taken Gravol, but only temporary relieve of the above symptoms. My possibly guess is nasal congestion cause fluid to drain to inner ear, cause imbalance. Any suggestion or idea?

dear many causes for dizziness but rhinitis with eustachian tube block can cause vertigo.other possibilities like CNS problem s , cardiac problem may present dizziness. use water vapour inhalation, avoid cool drinks and freeze water.use tab.alday-dc twice a day for five days. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
