What Causes Nausea With Headache And Weakness?

Hi, yesterday evening I was mowing the lawn and suddenly I became very dizzy, so I went inside, I slowly had nausea but I didn't throw up, I've been drinking lots of water, so I'm not dehydrated, but I have a bad headache and I'm weak all over. What could have caused this? Should I go to a doctor? Hospital?

Thank you for your query with HCM, yes u seek medical attention because sudden weakness may be due to you are hypoglycemic I would strongly recommend to check your entire systemic status because it could also be due to hypotension also.whatever better check your overall health status
