What Causes Nausea With Vomiting And Dizziness?
10 year old son has been getting nauseous the past month or so on and off and a couple times even vomited. Now all of the sudden he has been complaining of dizziness. Should I be concerned? He is on concerta for his ADHD but has been on it for about a year and a half so I wouldn t think its that causing the problems.

As you desribe,this can sometimes happen,the common reasons being a urinary tract infection,worm infestation etc.It is unlikely to be related to ADHD.Kindly see your pediatrician for correct diagnosis and management.You may be asked for simple investigations like blood and urine routine examination.
