HI im hooms from bangalore,im sufering from pain and numbness in my right side of both lower and hind limb from past 4-5 years. i consulted at staya sai and ramaiah. after all test i have been confirmed of mild diabetes (119 and 173.5), ENMG was performed and impression of the doctor is that i might have sensori-motor axonal type of neuropathy of all four limb.presently no medicaton has been prescribed Finally i have been asked to get a nerve biopsy done.is it really needed and what could be the advantage of getting it done.? can biopsy be done at nimhans? whom shall i consult at nimhans?
