For the past week I have had pain increase is the lower part of my stomach in the pelvic area. The pain is cramping and very sharp. I had a full hysterectomy so it is not a female thing. Anyway the last few days I have been passing dark green watery stool. I am frustrated and I am not sure what is going on. What do you think this is?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Dark green watery stool is indicative of an intestinal infection which in turn can give rise to pain in the pelvic area.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool tests done.
Tests of blood can help for WBC count, electrolytes and anything like for diabetes and others as decided by your Doctor.
Clinical evaluation and examination by your Doctor as well as correlation with your reports and get started on appropriate antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics along with symptomatic treatment for pain with antispasmodic and supportive treatment in the form of a PPI like Omeprazole, electral solutions, plenty of oral fluids.
All these should help you to well soon.
