What Causes Painful Urination And Blood In Urine?

I have a IUD that I have had for 5 years now, due to come out in Nov. Have never had any problems out of until lately. I have been lucky and not a had a period as well the whole time. Last week I wiped pink 2 times and today I have been peeing alot. This afternoon i peed and it hurt, then after wiping i noticed it was really really dark (has never done that), I have noticed swelling everywhere, no i have crapping in my lower stomach. I was washing dishes earlier and i felt this weird feeling down that felt like a slight stabbing. I had to feel and make sure something was down there. I know to much TMI and i apologize but dont know any other way of describing it.. Could you tell me what this could be?
