What Causes Pelvis Pain, Spotting And Negative Pregnancy Tests?
I have had pain in my pelvis on the right side for about three weeks now, and I have spotted randomly for two months. I missed my period last month and I am three days late this month. I took a pregnancy test last month and it was negative. What could it be?

Hi,
Please go for a pregnancy test again these symptoms could be because of intrauterine or extrauterine pregnancy. you also needs an ultrasound to role out ovarian cyst or any other pathology in pelvis.
