What Causes Pressure In Pelvic Area?

im 27 weeks pregnant, i'm on my 6 pregnancy but i have not been able to delivered the last 5. i keep having miscarrages and the last one i lost the pregnnacy at 20 weeks. im starting to feel pressure on my pelvic area. the pressure comes and goes, should i be concerned???

Yes you should be concerned and see your obstetrician immediately. most likely that you have cervical incompetence, i.e, your cervix is weak and cannot hold the pregnancy on its own, hence you have had your previous miscarriages at 20 weeks. She will check your cervical length and you will require a cervical encirclage and progesterone supplementation in the pregnancy.
