What Causes Pulsating Tinnitus In The Right Ear?
I m 28 years old and i started to have pulsating tinnitus in my right ear couple weeks ago but it only occurred when i heard talking voice in the tv or my friend speaking to me and nowdays i m feeling dizzy in the evenings, sometimes during daytime too, but it gets worse in the evening and sometimes when i have eaten. I sleep many hours a day so it can t be that i m tired. What combines pulsating tinnitus and dizziness? Maybe inner ear problems?

Your symptoms are suggestive of an inner ear disorder. For this reason, the first thing to do would be consulting with an ENT specialist for a physical exam.
If an inner ear disorder is excluded, I would recommend performing a brain MRI, in order to help exclude a possible brain vessel disorder. You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
