What Causes Rapid Heart Rate And Chest Pain?
my daughter is 16 years old and recently was hospitalized for cellulitis in her leg. She is now having chest pains with fast heart rate as described as feeling it in her throat and her throat tightening. She has also been having leg spams in the same legs as the cellulitis. Any ideas?

Cellulitis is a form of systemic infection and as in may infection there will be fever and rapid heart rate. You can consult a cardiologist and he evaluated once the cellulitis has subsided. Get an ECG done to rule out any irregularities in the head rhythm.
