What Causes Raspy Sound With Chest Congestion?
I have a 7 week old baby boy. For the last 2 days his cry seems raspy and like he cannot cry as loud as he did prior. When I hold him I can feel congestion in his back and his chest. Should I be worried? He has had a runny nose when he was a week old, yellowing boogies, I figured he had allergies because the pollen has been so bad. Nose is not runny now and wasn t when this started. What is this?

As you told he has allergic tendencies better consult your doctor to have a thorough examination.
Allergy can cause runny nose ,chest congestion but better to consult physician.
