What Causes Recurring Body Pain?

I am 56 y o male last couple months have been dealing with body aches I take 2 ibuprofen every twelve hrs and relieves the pain but like clockwork it comes back after twelve hrs i am 5 ft 11 in 216 lbs I had a mild M I 8 yrs ago they put in a stent and all has been well since
