Hi welcome to HCM
I can understand your concern for
severe muscle pain and motions after an abs workout .
Dear , It is obvious normal reaction of abs workout severely ,if you do all at once specially without doing any warm up .
It also causes the displacement of navel by similar activity i.e. picking up heavy objects, a sudden twisting or bending movement, which hampers the function of our digestion system causes us
constipation , motions ,
vomiting or feeling of
nausea..
After the navel has shifted , your stomach might feel sore, tight and irritated. When you overuse your muscles they swell and require a few days of rest to properly heal.
Practitioners of
yoga, ayurveda or unani medicine believe , if a patient has displaced nabhi or navel, the prescribed medicines of any therapy are ineffective .
Don't suffer while you wait -- instead, relieve your agony by doing Asanas as 1.Lie on the back, have a distance of one foot between the feet, and fold the knees. Spread both the hands like feathers. Now turn both the knees to the left on the ground . In this position the right knee will touch the heel of the left foot. Turn the head to the right side on the ground. Now do its reverse. That is turn both knees to the right on the ground so that left knee touches the right heel and simultanesouly turn the head to the left side. Repeat it ten-ten times.
Do.Uttanpadasana 2.Dhanurasana 3.
Chakrasana 4.Matsyasana and Makarasan , will miraculously relieve you from problem , under trained expert .
NAVEL COMES TO BALANCE BY THESE POSTURES .IF NOT THEN YOU NEED A EXPERT ADVICE TO FIX IT MANUALLY THEN FIND A SUITABLE YOGA TEACHER OR AYURVEDA DOCTOR WHO KNOWS THE SCIENCE OF INNER HARMONY AND BALANCE
Light ,simple nourishing diet is advisable .

Hope this helps solve your query . Take care All the best
