Every month for the past 4 months i get a sore throat and a low grade fever a few days before my period. Sore throat goes away after a couple of days but the entire week i have a fever rising every evening and i even wake up with it some days. Body aches all over and extreme fatigue. Ive been tested for barr-epstein virus, my iron and thyroid levels everything came back fine except my vit D is a little low. Talked about possible fibromyalgia as my mom and her dad both have it, and maybe even lyme disease, but i really only get symptoms around my period. I have had mirena for about a year and wonder if that has anything to do with it. What should I get tested for next I need to figure this out. I eat very healthy almost totally paleo (no grains or dairy). Thanks!
