What Causes Spots On The Arm And Face?
They start off bright red, and then over the years turn to a dark red. They look sort of like blood trapped under the skin, however, they can t be popped. They are very tiny and the size of a mole or a beauty mark. Mostly showing up on the torso, but also appearing on the arms and face.
