What Causes Spotting And Stomach Cramps After Mirena Insertion?
I got merina iud at 8wks after baby.its been in for 2months,spoting still.things were good but now im exgosted now for 2wks,lite headedness cramping a lil, an im starting to gain a lil in my tummy? What could this mean?could I be haveing symtoms of pregnancy?

Abdominal bloating and minor bleeding is common with contraceptives like Mirena or any other coils.
Generally it will settle by it own even without any treatment.
You can take antacids like Pantoprazole for symptomatic relief. The spotting will settle itself and no treatment is required.
