What Causes Stomach Burning Sensations?

Hi I am 54 years of age, my weight is 190 lbs and my height is 5ft 4inches.
I have been having terrible burning sensations in my stomach and have been taking omniprosole, pantadex40 mg I have a relief and the next day if I eat a lillte extra I am back to terrilbe pain .At the moment i have been asked to take mucane before meals I take it with mottilium and I also take happi after meals is happi an anti acid tablet ?

* This is in relation with gastritis or duodenitis with or without ulcer .

* Taking omeprazole , pantoprazole and happi altogether is not
advisable as all are PPI agents .
* Happi is a proton pump inhibitor agent , more action than simple
anti acid tablet .
