What Causes Stomach Cramps And Bloating With Heartburn?

OFor the past week and a half to two weeks i have been experincing frequent heartburn gas stomach cramps and bloating. I have never had these symptoms this bad before the heartbeat is almost immediately after take a couple bites of food and the stomach cramps can last for hours when i do release gas the cramping is a little better

Dear you may be suffering from IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), avoid processed carbohydrates, avoid spicy fatty food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeine. Use tab. Pantaprazole before breakfast and syrp sucral 15-30ml thrice a day, tab Librax 5mg twice a day. Tab Rifaximine 200 mg thrice a day will help. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
