My name is mercy am 36 years old I live in Kenya (Africa). My sickness doesn't need any history I just aquire this sickness through travelling to another location for I week where it was very hot and that is the time i felt sever headaches and pain in my stomach and weakness and for that one week I didn't go for any longcall. Please advise me on what measure to take because am feeling weak, sever headach and discomfort in the stomach. I don't know also if it is the food which I ate, cause have never felt that before.
