What Causes Stomach Pain And Cramping In Shoulders?
Sudden stomach pain, low right hand side and right shoulder. Feels like cramping or trapped wind. Tends to occur at night only and it lasts 2-n4 nights in a row then its gone. No pattern to it either. The pain doesnt build up it just attacks full-on. No warning.

Seems like gastritis. You can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief.
