What Causes Stomach Pain With Cramping?

Bad lower stomach pain; sharp cramping feeling; right side. All pain is felt at the bottom of my stomach mostly on the right. This pain has been going on for about three days, but it has gotten worst today with anal pain and small blood in my urine this morning. My ministration went off about two weeks ago.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of bad lower stomach pain, sharp cramping feeling on right side going on for about 3 days. Pain got worst today with anal pain and blood in urine today...
This indicates that you might have got prostatic infection which has caused such symptoms.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Per-rectal digital examination by a General Surgeon.
Ultrasonography of abdomen and per-rectal Ultrasound too for prostate.
Tests of urine, blood and stool.
Treatment as per the diagnosis thus found.
