What Causes Strong Heartburn At Nights, Hot And Cold Flushes, Stomach Cramps?

I have very strong heartburn at nights i randomly get hot and cold flushes sometimes getting dizzy where i lose energy and come close to blacking out, i have nausea also and at times get cramps in my stomach what could this be my blood tests have all come back normal

Hello,
As you have written your symptoms like heartburn at night, random hot and cold flushes, abdominal cramps, can be caused by conditions like gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, peptic ulcer disease, gastritis, esophagitis.
1.In GERD there is reflux of acid content of stomach in oesophagus causing heart burn. For diagnosis go for 24 hour pH measurement and endoscopy.
2.In peptic ulcer disease there is increased acid production causing heartburn and cramp. endoscopy can detect this condition also.
3. Gastritis is the inflammation of gastric mucosa due to H.pylori infection, excessive alcohol consumption or NSAIDs induced.
So, go for tests and consult a physician. Take soft diet, avoid spicy and fast foods and also alcohol, take frequent small meals, Tab. pan 40 BD 1/2 hour before meal, mucaine gel 2tbs. after meal.
