What Causes Swollen Jaw, Stuffy Nose And Headache With Ear Pain?

Hello, I think I have a sinus infection and/or ear infection. The glands under my jaw are swollen and painful. My nose is a little stuffy, and I have a sinus headach. My left ear feels clogged and when I tilt my head back, I feel a sharp pain in my ear. I have had these symptoms for 3 days.

you seem to have phryngitis. take proper antibiotic course and some decongestants. take nasal drops and do salt water gargles. take paracetamol for pain and fever
