What Causes Swollen Vein That Runs Across Mandible Body Vertically Extending Under Chin?
I have what feels like a swollen vein that runs across the mandible body vertically, extending under my chin. It is extremely painful and i cannot lift my chin very high. I also have a canker sore on the same side that has gotten bad enough for me to think the two may be connected.

Definitely , two are inter connected.Drainage vein near the sore has become infected causing thrombophlebitis.It also causes pain and prominence.
