What Causes Toes, Foot, Legs, Fingers And Arm Numbness With Tightening?

12 days ago woke up with small toes on right foot numb, walked on "new" treadmill without shoes. Next day, right foot and leg and right arm had numbness. Next day went to doc and left big toe and heal started with numbness, too. Got Naproxen Sodium 550's. Now both legs are numb and right thumb to elbow and the numbness traveled up my right side across my stomach and rib cage. Right leg and both feet are starting to feel a little better. Bloodwork is good. Had x-rays on back yesterday-get results tomorrow. Walking makes legs feel like they are tightening with every step. Age 51, could menopause be starting and be a cause?
